Nutritional Consultant
A Nutritional consultant provides suggestions towards essential daily meals, pre-workout and post-workout meals, supplements, as well as guidance to promote a healthy, nutritional mindset. Consultants also provide a basic overview on macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat) as well as an estimated calculation of calories and grams each macronutrient needs daily based on the client’s goals. If a client is interested in tracking their macronutrients, or wish to follow a specific meal plan, the client must speak with a registered dietitian.
